I don't have a University username

The below steps help you get a university username to use MedEx.

Please fill out an application form at http://username.leeds.ac.uk using the following details:

– Faculty select Faculty ‘Medicine & Health’

– Department select ‘Leeds Institute of Medical Education’

– Further information please state ‘I will be working on content for MedEx’

– Please provide an alternate email address in case we need to contact you regarding your application
